Of course, you can see and modify all Wi-Fi settings.
For example you can give a dedicated name to the Wi-Fi Networks and set up a password.
My advise is to:
. split Wi-Fi signals (2.4 GHz and 5.0 Ghz)
. give them two distinct names (SSID), for example:
. RicT-Home-24 -> use this for old devices without 5 GHz band
. RicT-Home-50 -> use this for all (newer) compatible devices since performance is higher and there is less radio interference in this frequency
. you may give the same password to both networks or a unique one for each (don’t forget to write them down!)
. set WPA2 Personal (more compatible) as security standard to both networks
After this change, your current home Wi-Fi will not be available anymore and you will need to select one of two newly created networks (SSID) by searching available Wi-Fi on every device you want to connect.
Cheers!
