According to our support team, you got a credit note information. Just send me your IBAN number via private message. My colleagues will credit you the outstanding amount then.

Could you please help me to get the sitel bill rejected, I left swiss in dec’15 and paid sitel bill till Jan. I got the new bill till April now.
