Hi guys,

Maybe somebody can help us on this issue.

We have moved form the Netherlands to Switzerland last April and we are enjoying fully.

Now this, we have an number of google item with our household and we are hooked to google assistance like tot the mini en hub, our children love to play with them by asking questions al day. Now we have problems with these products, we can’t connect them to our Sunrise.box, we tried numerous different options and with no results to making any progress.

We have tried hotspots, changing router configuration, restoring to factory settings etc etc. We are lost in the process.

The products are originally bought in the Netherlands are probably first generation google.

Any new information or ideas are welcome, we’re quite lost in problems.

Could you link me to the specific product? Maybe it only supports 802.11b standard, which is probably disabled by default on the new box.
