Since 2 weeks I can not use my internet connection to work from home, it is constantly being interrupted and I can not send a keystroke or a mouse move to my remote desktop.
One month ago I contacted an operator in order to renew my contract and I was gifted with a increase in bandwidth, from 100 to 200 Mbs, … I guess I also got more errors to the point the service is unusable for home office. I did not notice the problem before because I was holidays.
I had an operator on the phone telling me to switch to the 5GHz wireless, but not before wiping me all my configurations on the router, :-(. No need to say it did not solve the problem.
Today, I was waiting a call from Sunrise from 9:00 to 9:30 and no call received.
It is a bit annoying to have to share my smartphone connection to be able to work. The mobile phone operator is not Sunrise.
Can someone take a look please? Maybe revert to the state of 1, 2 months ago?
