UPC / Blue app (on the TV) continually freezes

I tried watching the (English) football thru the UPC / Blue app (on the TV) at the weekend, and it hung continually.

By this, I mean it would never get more than 10 minutes of a game before it froze.

Can you give me any explanations / solutions please?

Jonathan257 Swisscom has fixed the error yesterday and the usage can be enjoyed again without interruption.
