I have a UPC connect box. Earlier in June, suddenly the 5GHz WiFI disappeared, no device can detect it. But it appears online in the admin web page. Otherwise 2.4GHz WiFi, Wi-Free and router still work.
Eventually I factory-resetted the device and fixed the problem.
Last week the same issue happened again, and factory-resetting does not help this one.
I wonder if there is any recommendations, or is it possible to request a new device?
