Today we have launched a new feature called Product Picker.
What is the Product Picker?
The Product Picker is used when creating new threads and helps the creator as well as the helping members in the support flow. Community members can now see which device or service is affected. The number of queries about the setup or affected service is thus significantly reduced.

Why is the Product Picker not available everywhere?
The further development of our platform is an ongoing process. In a first phase, the Product Picker was only activated for some areas. If the Product Picker does not appear, the area has not yet been configured by us.
