For the last two months did not have a proper internet signal and no TV channels (always same fault code). An engineer has been at my apartment almost 2 months ago and said he needed to check the connection with other flats but that did never happen… When I called UPC there was no record of the engineer visit and the solution was to sent an engineer again.
Have now decided to return the internet and TV boxes and will not paythe final bill as not having a service for almost 2 months.
Can you let me know who I can email to notify UPC that the final bill will not be paid? Ideally I would also like to have the last month payment returned…
