Daniele_Sunrise gcerqueira You have to configure the mail server as IMAP everywhere you retrieve mails via a device. The mails stay on the server and can be seen by all devices. You can find instructions here. Greetings Daniele
gcerqueira Daniele_Sunrise Thank you @Daniele_Sunrise 🙏 I checked the configuration on my mobile to the article you shared and it is 100% the same both for IMAP (advanced ports 143) and SMTP (advanced ports 587) 🤷♀️
Daniele_Sunrise gcerqueira It has two send folders in the webmail. Are there no mails visible in both of them? If you don’t have a second folder, create one called SentMail and test it again. Greetings Daniele
