I have activated Sunrise Up Internet L, but speed tests (many today) are showing numbers (20MB/ 8MB) far from what is advertised (1000MB/ 100MB). I understand that Up Internet L is “up to 1000MB / 100MB” but we are now really far off.

Could you please have a look into the configuration on your end. Thank you.

jjwalker Unfortunately, we do not have Sunrise system access yet and ask you to contact Sunrise support on 0800 707 707 regarding your request.

Nevertheless we would be glad if you could tell us your MAC address of the modem, maybe we can check something anyway?

Unfortunately we can’t measure your modem to check the signal quality. Please contact Sunrise Support 0800 707 707 so that they can measure the line together with you.

Hi Daniele, as of approx. 07:14 this morning, instead of a public IP address, I am getting 192.168.100.xxx address so I am not able to reach the Internet. Could you please, if possible, check DHCP server on your side and kill any dev/test/rogue DHCP server which is responding now. Thank you!
