I recently received a letter concerning my UPC products.
80% of the letter told me how good UPC is and how well UPC is doing.
I was then told that the fee for Phone CH was being adjusted from 1st August 2022.
and was thanked for being a customer.
I felt good. I was to be rewarded for being a good, loyal customer.
I followed the link (on iPad) and was redirected to irrelevant Sunrise advertising.
I followed the link (on Windows) and was redirected to a site that told me that the fee for Phone CH was to be increased - by 50% and on the 1st July 2022.
I was disappointed.
I object to this form of misleading communication.
If you are going to increase fees - just tell me.
Do not try to trick me.
I am sure that everything that you said (say) is true.
However, I find it misleading and deceitful.
