A vast number of our channels are showing “No Info Available” and these channels (programs) run for several hours on the listing, which means that you can’t watch it. There are no program ‘blocks’ so each program is not distinguished from another.
The above problem also prevents recording taking place, as the box cannot distinguish which program to record.
Effectively we can’t watch any of these channels!!
I have re-booted several times but nothing changes.
I note that the app on my phone is fine and I can see all channels, but I don’t really want to watch TV on my phone.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?
