The first error you had (error 6010) means that your Horizon box is loosing the IP connection and disconnects himself from the internet network. For the second error (error 1030) I dont know.
In both cases a technician has to come to see what is the problem with your Horizon box or even more. I recommand you to call the upc cablecom’s support, then they will send a technician : 0800 66 88 66 (free number).
