I had enabled direct debit for my broadband connection but I am closing my bank account for which it was enabled.
I wanted to updated my bank details for direct debit which I did using myUPC website but at end of it generated a PDF and I am not sure if new bank is updated for direct debit. How to ensure if
- my new bank(UBS) is updated for direct debit?
- I didn’t have to pay any kind of penalty for closing my previous bank account as direct debit was setup for that and now when UPC will connect to bank then it won’t be available.
