Dear UPC,

I’ve been experiencing a significant amount of internet interruptions/disconnections in the past couple of days. It seem router also got reboot by itself today around 17:10 pm. Can you please look into this issue?

punitab The signal values of your modem are ok. We see that almost all devices are connected via WIFI.

For this reason we have done the following:
- your 2.4GHz WIFI the name was adjusted and at the end a _2.4GHz was added. Connect all devices that are further away from the modem to this WIFI.

- Use the 5GHz WIFI (without the 2.4GHz at the end) for devices that are closer to the modem.

Please test it again afterwards and get back to me.
