To answer your question: Basically, you don’t need to renew your mobile subscription, as it automatically renews as stated in the General Terms & Conditions, chapter 7:
“The contract shall remain in force for at least as long as is stipulated in the contract under the heading contract term, and shall subsequently continue for an indefinite period.”
However, should you wish to adapt your subscription, you may do so yourself in your MyUPC account. It’s very easy and accessible at all times!
