Dear UPC,
I’ve been experiencing a significant amount of internet interruptions/disconnections in the past 4-5 weeks. A UPC tech. guy was here last week, changed my modem, but the issue still persist, and it seems like happening every day [sometimes every hour] multiple times, the internet is generally not usable at all for the purpose [work, video calls, live stream]. Same via WLAN and LAN.
Could you suggest please a solution that might work? It is really frustrating.
