Change internet provider while still being in the the notification period

While being in the 2 month cancellation period, is it possible to change cable internet provider from 1 provider to the other without any issues (i.e. simply not using the old providers modem but paying the bills up to the cancellation date, but up to then already using the new providers router)?

In other words, is the activation of the new providers connection not going to be hindered by the current provider?

If the new provider does not use a cable network as technology, you can use another provider in parallel, which operates its products via the telephone or fiber network. The new provider can give you more information about this.

Daniele_Sunrise thanks, we chose to just delay the starting date of the new connection so UPC can have us for 2 more months as per their wishes. Hope it makes them happy.
