Hi, I am trying to make it work but it gives me scrambled signal error.

How could I fix this?

Thanks Rad, I’ll give UPC a call.

You could call the UPC hotline and ask them to activate the missing channels. Or you could visit a UPC shop and ask them to activate the channels.

Have the same TV UE32J4570 and I’m using the Digi Card and search for all the channels I can see the channels in the guide. The problem is that the English channels (BBC and PBS) give this message :

The set-up is now being finalized, this can take a few minutes.

But it never goes beyond that stage.

Goes Cablecom (UPC) need ot activate something on their side for these channels? I can see the Italian Channels (RAI) but not BBC.

Yes, you need to get the aerial cable on if not the Digicard cannot work.

I did. But they told me something different than in the shop.

How does the digital get the signal? Do I always need to get the aerial cable on?

s I know but tv is new and have notice that no ue..j.. model is included in tested tool.

Yes channels work fine.

Now can not even detecect my digicard which I got on tuesday.

Thanks for your fast reply. It can be a problem of compatibility between your Digicard and your television.

I tried to write your TV model on the link below and I got this :

Maybe this '‘check tool’' is not updated, but this is the result I got.

Another problem could be that your Digicard is brocken. May you check if you can watch the basic channels of UPC without your Digicard ?
