We are driving the digital world of upc cablecom: during our first live Q&A session, Thomas Bergmann, Vice President Digital, reports on the complete implementation of our responsive website, the expansion of My UPC and the importance of the Community.
Thomas Bergmann (Tom) starts the Q&A session by outlining the aims of his Digital team: “We clearly have to improve our online world.” This means doing our homework to make the whole online experience more attractive and customer-friendly. As a result, the website will soon be completely responsive and the new version will see the addition of new features to the MyUPC online customer account.
Tom is focusing on customers: “The aim is to offer services based on customer needs. Customer proximity is very important to me!” Which is why he is appealing to the Community: “We want feedback and input from the Community!” Be it on desired features in MyUPC or generally on the website, on developing the Community or on tutorial videos on specific topics.
