The internet connection seems unstable for the last couple of weeks. I constantly check the product status page, and every time I have a problem I get this:

Partly available
It is possible that this service is currently not available to the full extent. It usually only takes a few hours to find a solution. We apologise for any inconvenience caused
(which I think implies that the problem is on the ISP’s side)
Could you please take a look at the problem and fix it, as it gets nearly impossible to work at times?
