What do the LEDs on my Connect Pod mean?
When the Connect Pod is plugged into a power outlet for the first time, the LED lights briefly and then flashes slowly while attempting to connect to the cloud. Once a connection is established, the LED turns off.
Flashing status:
- Fast, repetitive double blink: Connect Pod is waiting for network optimization to complete.
- Fast double blink: Connect Pod is being scanned and named on the network
- Slow, continuous brightness change: Connect Pod is trying to connect to the cloud
- Fast blinking LED light: There is probably a problem with the software. Contact customer support
- Slow blinking LED light: There is likely a problem with the fan. Contact customer service
- Slowly pulsing LED light: Connect Pod is too far away, connection to modem is too weak.
