I am a new customer who would like to use UPC for my household internet connection.
With the phone call, it’s must have an appointment this morning with the technician to check the internet connection. However, the people didn’t show up…
And with many phone calls with UPC or internet technical support, all of them couldn’t have any help and had no idea how it could happen. They even couldn’t make another new appointment for me…
Now I have no idea whether my order can be continued to process, and I only can leave problems here. (As it seems here can get help quickly and helpful😅)
