Ethernet connection fails

Dear team,

I have a problem with the Ethernet connection. When there is nothing connected via Ethernet ports and I conduct Network Diagnostics (in 192.168.0.1 webpage), it says that everything works perfect. When I am trying to connect anything (TV for example or Playstation) via Ethernet cable, the diagnostics says that Ethernet connection does not work. And my TV says that it is connected to the router, but the router is not connected to the internet. Is there any way to fix this? It worked before, but we moved from one apartment to another in the same building and it all crushed.

Nastya The Signal values are well set and we can’t find anything that explains your error. Can you please give us more information like with which device you have the interruptions. How are the devices connected and how do you notice the interruptions, except for the message that the connection is not ok. Are the devices working?

Daniele_Sunrise I have several devices connected through wi-fi (laptops, mobile phones, tablets, TVs and Playstation). Everything with wi-fi works fine. However, when I am trying to connect one of my TVs or Playstation directly through ethernet cable to the Connect Box, the TV or the Playstation has no Internet signal. For example, the TV (Philips 58PUS6504/12 Smart TV) says that the TV is connected to the router, but the router is not connected to Internet. And with this I cannot connect to Netflix or any other Smart TV apps. The wi-fi still continues to work fine for other devices.

Nastya Please perform a modem reset once. Press the reset button on the back for at least 25 seconds with a pointed object.

Please also try to connect your two devices via another LAN port. Do you also have a computer that has a LAN port to test?

Daniele_Sunrise I haven’t reset the modem, but somehow wi-fi on my TV stopped working and I could connect it via LAN. This is strange, but I guess the problem is solved for now.
