[urgent] Cannot activate the internet

Hi, I moved to a new apartment on April 1st. But I cannot activate the internet. The Connect Giga box modem is blinking between white and off periodically. And the SN number of the Connect Giga box is different from what I see in my UPC Portal.

The SN number on my Giga box is ABAPA0927277.

Can some one help with this? It’s urgent!
