Daniele_Sunrise OK I see what you mean, but the whole point of putting a Mesh Expander for Wi FI is to position it midway between Modem and other devices, so that the Wi Fi coverage is throughout the whole house. If I move it closer to the Modem then it serves no real purpose and my Wi Fi signal will get interrupted by the massive metal stair rail that I have in the house which currently weakens the Wi Fi signals.
Thanks for your feedback anyway, The UPC power inline expanders do not seem to work that well in my house that is why I included the Mesh Expander as well.
NOTE: Does UPC have a modem that can be used separately just for TV connection in a separate room, thereby I can keep the current connect box for my FAX, Telephone, and Internet connections.
In the UK when you have SKY Q you can get additional boxes to carry the TV signal to other rooms, so that you can freeze the tv in one room and then start the same channel in another room or be able to watch one channel in one room and another channel in another room.
would be nice if UPC could develop something like that then there would not be so many Wifi issues and then the TV could be directly connected to that. Does the current TV Box allow for direct connection to the TV Socket and not have to be connected to the Network Connect Modem?
