For my work, I need to fetch large amounts of data (> 1GB) from a remote database several times per day. Recently, many of these operations fail: the transfer starts, but gets interrupted eventually. This happens on two different devices, on WiFi and when plugged to the modem with a cable, but (crucially) does not happen when I use instead a 4G connection from my mobile provider, bypassing your network completely.
In addition, throughout the last years we’ve had mini-interruptions during video calls and other routine use. We’ve replaced the connect box, which may have helped, but it’s hard to tell (the issues have not disappeared entirely). Our neighbours have mentioned similar problems to us. The network log of the box contains multiple instances of errors “Illegal - Dropped INPUT packet” and “No Ranging Response received”.
I would be grateful if you could send someone to run diagnostics and get to the bottom of the issue.
