Last week I signed and returned to UPC the power of attorney in order to port my old number. On the letter it informed me that porting was expected to happen today but this hasn’t happened yet. The employee that I spoke with on the phone wasn’t sure why was the procedure delayed. Have you received this form? Can you please help me resolve this? I’ll be abroad towards the end of April and I’m worried I’ll have no phone and no data..
