Whats the average wait time for internet activation after plugging the Horizon box in?
I plug in the Horizon box this am (new customer), but until now, no phone or internet, just TV. The guys at hotline tell me it might take up till monday to activate it. can that be???
This is because I ordered the box a MONTH (!!!) in advance and have been on the phone with cablecom almost everyday to make sure are phone number is transfered timely (which of course did not happen ….
LOUSY SERVICE, UNACCEPTABLE 👎
