Hello,

I’ve been having frequent issues with internet and wifi connection of my Connect box. It happens several times during the day, and usually lasts about 5 minutes: the router light ring is blinking and then the connection is restored. It started on 15/03/2022.

Is there a global upc issue or is something wrong with my setup/hardware?

Daniele_Sunrise hello, I did get a call from upc support and we initially agreed someone would come on Friday 25th, then a technician called and asked if they could come in the 24th, but in the end no one came (even though my wife was waiting at home for 2h). For now the issue seems to be solved so we don’t need another visit, but please ask the technicians to actually come on the appointed time so we don’t wait for nothing

sloggi We would like to apologize for this. The technician has reported back that no error was found and the modem is clean online.
