I’ve received my connect pod on 08/02/2022 and wasn’t able to connect it to my network (connect app was throwing an error all the time).
I’ve contacted UPC support the next day and they’ve promised to connect it “manually”, however nothing happened for several days. When I called again, they told me there’s some kind of an ongoing issue and I would be contacted soon. They’ve also opened a service ticket #14563950. However, no one ever called me back and the connect pod is still not working.
Please let me know what’s going on with this “issue” and when the connect pod will be fixed and connected.
