UPC and Mail have different Passwords

I have changed my UPC password a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I can only log into webmail with my old password. Why are these not synchronised and is there a way to do so?

Just to be clear. I can access my Email from the UPC website without having to enter a password. But when I use upcmail.hispeed.ch then I have to use the old password. Odd. And there does not seem to be an option to change the password.

I have tried and received the following message:

“The account does not have any saved recovery-settings.”

What can I do?

firo Since you can log into the webmail, I would add the recovery information. You can do this as follows.

Log in to the webmail. Click on the tile icon and then on Profiles.

Choose your mail address.

Choose the recovery settings.

Enter the recovery informations.

Now you can log out again and then call my already communicated link and reset the password e.g. via SMS.

A late thank you for your help. It worked and my passwords are again identical.
