Unstable connection after cable replacement in the area. (Effretikon)

Yesterday we had a cable fault in the area (replaced in 4 hours) bud today i have noticed some disruptions (loosing connectivity).

I performed some speed tests and the upload speed remains under 10Mbit/s (Tested with 2 Laptops)

Download speed is not steady but reaching at least getting to 582MBit/s

Technician found a problematic socket in one of the bed rooms. He replaced it and upload returned back to 60Mbit.

The strange is that i never used that socket in that room and never had plugged something.
