I am trying to terminate my contract as I am moving abroad but the online formular doesn’t work. The first step asks for my moving date: if I click on the calender icon nothing happens; if I put in the date by hand, the subsequent steps show an empty moving date field, no matter how I format it. Obviously I am refusing to pay the administrative fee of CHF 35 to do this process via the hotline (I also don’t speak french) because of your broken website, please fix it asap.
