Charley Bill from INTRUM claiming that a 23fr reminder fee is outstanding for UPC. On top was added 3fr fee for the paper bill, and on top was INTRUM’s fees of 50fr. This is ridiculous.

Charley We’ve tried that, we get hung up on mid-call. We were told to try this avenue to escalate. I’d welcome someone investigating how this has been handled from the outages we experienced since September 2021 until now.
