Hi all!
I am also experiencing the frequent connectivity drops that last for few seconds to a few minutes. Both IPv4 and IPv6 are affected, I have either complete packet loss or the Connect Box sends ICMP no route to host messages.
I tried the common troubleshooting - power cycling the Connect Box, checking the cables and making sure it is not caused by WiFi. The signal levels seems to be between +6-7 dBmV and SNR ~38 dB.
I managed to obtain a failure in the connectivity test result from the Connect Box itself during one of this dropping period:
