Thanks for your answer, which deals with only one of the issues.
And concerning this issue, I should say the following:
I left Switzerland in 2013. The contract indeed went on under my name, but the person who took over my whole appartment + furniture was supposed to pay me those 45 CHF/ month.
When he stopped paying, I cancelled the subscription with immediate effect on 17.04.2015 as I, the contractant, was abroad. (I still have the cancellation letter, btw.)
UPC-Cablecom accepted this cancellation. Proof is I never got any reminder despite having my mail transferred. And all was ok… for over 7 years.
It’s frankly funny and ridiculous to have me paying for a service that was cancelled…
Concerning the other points: your hotline just confirmed me that both invoices from November 2021 and January 2022 were wrong.
After over 15 minutes on the phone with a friendly UPC operator, the issue finally got settled. I was invited to pay 33.30 francs instead of the wrongly invoiced 83.30.
