CarloG Welcome to the community!
We have checked the signal quality and it is set optimally.
We also checked the CNLAB test results and found the following:
- The test via LAN was made with a 100mbit card. (See screenshot)

- The other tests were done via WIFI. The question is whether your Mac connected to the powerline adapter during the test?
What happens next?
- We have made a switch to IPv4, which is completed in 30 minutes. After that, restart your modem. If you have difficulties, perform a modem reset. Press the reset button on the back of the modem gently with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.
- After that, run some speed tests again and make sure that your Mac does not have any virus scanner software installed and does not connect to the powerlines. If you have a Windows computer, I would also do some speed tests with it (via LAN cable).
Greetings
