Hi,

I moved last weekend to my new apartment. I informed about my move in my UPC account and got the confirmation. However, when I connect my Connect box in my new apartment, the box is not able to provide Wifi. After 30 minutes, the DEL “Internet” is still blinking and the DEL “Wifi” is green. Could you please provide support on this request?
