Hi Daniele and thanks for your help. Unfortunately the post office could not leave the SIM-card since I wrote the wrong format of my security number of my Swedish ID card.
I cannot see any status regarding the order and therefore I have some issues trying to fix so that it states exactly the same as on the ID-card. Another option would be to fill in the passport number.
Is it possible to get assistance regarding this issue?
I also want to order another subscription for my girlfriend, is this possible from the same account or does she need to create her own account?
