Dear UPC Support,
I moved to St. Gallen last September and I got an internet and mobile subscription from UPC. So far I’ve been paying my bills via check, however, as I left Switzerland in December (and I will only be able to return in February) this payment method is not an option for me at the moment.
In January, I tried to pay my bill via bank transfer at least 3 times, using different bank accounts. I’ve tried initiating the payment by scanning the QR code (using Revolut), and I’ve also tried transferring the money by typing in the account information manually as indicated on the bill (using a Hungarian bank account). I always made sure to include my reference number and transfer the correct amount. However, within a couple of days after every attempt, I got a notification that UPC Sunrise has refunded my payment, and I don’t know why - now I have an overdue bill for January.
Last week I tried to call the UPC support line with my issue. As I don’t speak German, I was told that an English speaking customer representative would get back to me within 24 hours - I’m still waiting for the call.
I would like to pay the bill as soon as possible in order to avoid having to pay late fees. Could you please help me figure out what am I doing wrong?

P.S.: I don’t have a Swiss bank account, nor anyone in Switzerland who could pay the bill for me via check.
