Connected to WIFI, but no internet connection possible

As a new user I followed the installation instructions step by step. Resulted in a Gigabox connected to WIFI, with 2 remaining problems:

the white light signal is not constantly shining but is going on and off at a slow pace
no connection with the internet can be made

Looks like a regular problem, but would love to see a solution after trying out multiple things!

Hi Daniele, still relevant. I can indeed establish a WIFI network, but can not establish an internet connection. In going to a stepwise solution process as per your website, I get the final message: “reconnection error” - Giga connect box is offline. Call 058 388 79 69…

Joachim Have called, was supported very good by the helpdesk, apparently as swap has to be made at your side. this is now under operations in the hope it is fixed over 3-4 days. Fingers crossed!
