Unestable connection since couple of weeks

Hi!

Since couple of weeks while we’re home working we are every day losing connection for 3 - 5 minutes and then it comes back.
Sometimes pretty annoying when I’m in a meeting with the camera on, lose connection (not wifi though, wifi always running, connected but no internet) and then it comes back automatically.

I’ve runned the broadband diagnostics and shows that all is correct…

Any idea what is happening?

JorgDomi We have made the changeover, which will be completed in 30 minutes. After that restart your modem. If you have difficulties, perform a modem reset. To do this, gently press the reset button on the back with a pointed object for at least 25 seconds.

Also I wanted to ask, I would like to place the UPC router in another placement but the coaxial cable is too short, do you know what type of cable I need to buy to be able to place the router a bit further?
