I ordered UPC happy home 600 internet + tv 2 months ago and of course cancelled my existing internet. Now I have only a few days left with my old internet provider, but I still haven’t received UPC hardware. UPC page says delivery delay dated 25.1.2022 (for order from 26.11.2021).
I’ve tried to call twice and the customer service tell me (in English) that they will ask an English speaking customer service rep to call back - as of today still no call back, and no information on my UPC product. How do people reach UPC?
