Today, for the second time, I was unable to take delivery of my new SIM card as the ID information supplied in the envelope with the SIM was incorrect, and didn’t match my ID card. As a result, the post lady couldn’t hand over the SIM, and took it away again.
I may be “old”, but my date of birth is certainly not 1st January 1900…
When I placed the order, I used the UPC ID Checker app to verify my ID, so I’m not sure why my ID needs to checked again by the post.
Please could you send my SIM card again, but this time I’d like to keep it and be able to use it.
