The tehnician came - very professional and nice guy. Did tests. He found no issue with the internet stability and no issue with the contacts of the wires.
After i explained the modem disconnects and starts glowing white and no white light. He suggested to change the modem.
The modem was changed, bu the problem persisted.
Multiple times per day for short periods of tines (<2mins) the white light on the modem starts glowing intermitently and the wifi connection drops. Sometimes on MyUpc the internet availability drops as well. Sometimes there is internet availability but the wifi doesnt work (white color glowing)
Looking forwsrd for other potential diagnosis and solutions…
