I use VPN and Virtual Desktop for my official work, VPN and VDI disconnects frequently and impacting my work. Even when I make whataspp call, it does exhibit the same behaviour.
I tried resetting the box, my Giga box is kept in living room and I tried sitting and working near the box but still it didn’t help me. It is there for many weeks now, I have been using my mobile connection all the while for stable network but if I need to use mobile connection then no point of paying additional to UPC.
Earlier when I dialled customer service, person assured me that there is no issue with my connection.
I am very much frustrated with this intermittent drop offs and want to switch the connection, please fix it or suggest me a solution to move away from UPC as I had a contract.
