Dear UPC team, since yesterday I lost my wifi signal. This case happened several times before, and everytime I had to reset the giga box, and restart it. But this time I tried more than 10 times, and it still didn’t work. My wifi didn’t show in the wifi list angmore.
I tried to connect with LAN, it can connect with Internet, but the speed is too slow, and even your UPC websit cannot be opened.
my client No is 6836009, and the giga box No is A8AP81534857. I really appreciate that you can help me to fix it, or change a new Giga box.
