Hi, I booked the cable Internet service starting from Sep 6, 2021, with a discount for new users (39 per month). However, the bill came without any discount (89 per month). I went to the UPC store yesterday but they said they don’t have my contract in their system, and I should ask online. My info should be able to by retrieved by my phone number. What is strange is that I didn’t receive the contract through mail or email, but the network switch was shipped. Anyway, I am a new user so I assume I should have the discount.
