EnglishSo I guess Upc/Sunrise forgot about their customers that pay to have internet abroad because everywhere in Europe I’m having no 4G, only 3G and my phone is always telling me it’s offline. 3G nowadays doesn’t even allow to connect WhatsApp or any other application that you need to be online…. So I’m paying for a service I don’t have access to. Seriously considering to cancel my abonnement when i arrive back from holidays….

I can very well understand your displeasure regarding your request. We are not aware that our subscriptions only work with 3G when abroad.
We would like to ask you to try the following and test it the next time you are abroad:
1. please deactivate VoLTE. You can find instructions here.
2. check the APN settings and adjust them as explained here. You can find more detailed settings here.
