I can very well understand your displeasure regarding your request. We are not aware that our subscriptions only work with 3G when abroad.
We would like to ask you to try the following and test it the next time you are abroad:
1. please deactivate VoLTE. You can find instructions here.
2. check the APN settings and adjust them as explained here. You can find more detailed settings here.
